Ageing: in french oak barrels for about 12 months (first passage). After 3 months of refinement in bottle, the blend is ready to be sold.
Sensory perception: deep garnet red colour with flavours of blackberries, chocolate and tobacco. In the mouth, a good balance of acidity and tannins.
