Podere Anima Mundi sells on its website only own wines. Users who use this service offered by Podere Anima Mundi declare to know and accept these Terms and Conditions.
The sale of alcoholic products to minors is prohibited. Buying wines here, Podere Anima Mundi users and buyers declare to be adult according to the law.
Users are responsible for their own content and third-party sharing of Podere Anima Mundi by loading them, the inclusion of content or any other mode. Users relieve the owner from any liability with regard to the illicit spread of third-party content or use of Podere Anima Mundi, in ways contrary to the law. The holder does not play any type of moderating content posted by you or third parties, but is committed to act in the face of reports of users or orders issued by public authorities in relation to offensive or illegal content considered.

Purchase Process
All prices quoted on the website include VAT and are subject to periodic change without notice. Every order placed constitutes an offer to buy the products of the website. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance to the discretion of the owner, who reserves the right not to confirm an order, in particular because of the unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. In this case the owner will refund the price of shipping charges incurred by you. The current availability of the product is indicative, since more users can buy it at the same time and the unavailability of a product that someone else had already put in the cart. Posted pictures are for information only and not always the photo shows the actual vintage for sale, for which faith is only the year mentioned in the product name.

Right of withdrawal

In case of purchase of products or services on Podere Anima Mundi the User has the right to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day when the User or a third party – other than the carrier and indicated by you – acquires the physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is obliged to inform the holder of the decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail to info@podereanimamundi.com containing:
invoice number
order number
order date
the product or products for which it intends to exercise its withdrawal
Effects of withdrawal
If the Customer withdraws from the contract, they will be refunded all payments received in favor of the owner, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day when the owner is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw from this contract.
These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless the user has expressly agreed otherwise; in every case, the user will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. The redemption may be suspended until receipt of the goods or up the demonstration by the User of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. The User shall send back the goods and deliver them to the Owner without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if You send back the goods before the expiration of the 14 day period. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the user. The user is only responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Limitations on the right of withdrawal on products
They are not replaced or refunded damaged products or used, even in part. You have to put in the packing box the copy of the delivery note that you received. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to goods made to specifications or clearly personalized or which by their nature, are liable to deteriorate rapidly, are sealed and do not lend themselves to be returned for hygienic reasons that are related to health protection and have been open after delivery.
